what a joke. Seems he lacks a sense of irony.

Instead of looking at the four words written on her hand and assuming the obvious, that she wrote them there to remind herself to focus on those issues he chose the hyper disingenuous interpretation that she was to stupid to remember four word that have central to speeches for several months now.
