(Most of) the Muslims in western countries that we are talking about are not some kind of guests who expect special treatment for the duration of their stay, and who hence can be expected to return the favour upon their return. They are people who have emigrated to said countries and are now citizens of France, the UK, Italy, whatever. They can't even control or influence what their own countries of origin do, nevermind the dozens of other Muslim countries.
Perhaps even more basic is this: countries with Christian roots in the west don't offer religious freedom to Muslims as some kind of exchange for the Islamic countries to do the same to Christians, they do it because they believe it's right.
