The Brits had Egypt and Sudan from around 1900, Jordan, Palestine/Israel and Iraq between 1920 and 1950, and iirc something in Libya along with the Italians. Plus some assorted possessions in the Gulf - Kuwait, the UAE, Oman, Aden, Qatar, not sure about Bahrain. Plus obviously India/Bangladesh/Pakistan/Afghanistan/Nepal, and some heavy imperialism along with Russia in Iran. It's fairly hard to find a Muslim country that hasn't been dominated by European powers at some point, other than Turkey.

And while we're at it, France fought a war for seven years in Algeria in the sixties before giving up and letting it gain its independence, a war in which hundreds of thousands of Algerians lost their lives. Although it seems the Algerians aren't too resentful, considering French has remained so important there until this day.
