The general drive of it is pretty good, even if the solutions he offers aren't perhaps what strike me as practical rather than theory he is at least pointing out clear problem areas. Of course, he seems to be going out with a cloud hanging over him does at least raise some questions over his motives in leaving - his wife making a fair bit of money from healthcare companies can't have helped his standing with voters.
