The card had been denied, so if they deducted that after not letting me come away with my purchases then we have another problem.
If they're holding my money, for any reason, they should have notified me that my money was innaccesible for sometime. Like say when I go to check on my e-statement, they have a little table that says how much of the money in my account i can spend, and it told me I had full access to my funds.
