under the name of something totally legit sounding, of course, like "convenience fee" or "service charge" :P


The great joy of the NHS is that it is "free at the point of patient care". I can't charge for anything within my own practice, I'd need to set up a separate, private service from different premises. Seems like a lot of hassle to fleece some gullible souls...
