It's simple, but rather than stimulate the economy, Obama has resorted to crony kickbacks and bloating the Federal government. I'm not going to defend the Bush tax cuts because they were all about personal income rates and the disputed trickle down theory. However, corporate tax breaks for creating jobs will work. Corporations like that sort of thing, and if it engages in trickle-down, it's trickle-down that has been proven to work. Ask any town that had a new factory open...if you can find them in today's America.
