I don't really know what to say other than I know how you feel. I didn't have a kid when things went south with my ex-wife...but I know how it feels when someone you really care about does something that hurts you like you never thought they could/would.

I would probably take a couple of days before you talk to her, cool off and let things settle in your head. When people are upset they often say things they regret later on, and in a situation like this, those sort of words could just further the rift.
