That's just brutal and uncalled for. Hopefully her friends and relatives can, together with yours, try to suggest couples counseling. Her reaction was not a healthy way to deal with problems. Regardless, I can only imagine how devastated you feel.

You have friends here who are ready to listen and to help in whatever ways they can (myself included). If you want to try to save the marriage, fight for it. If you want to make sure you can see your daughter (or even have sole custody), fight for her. Either way, remember that everyone is still alive, nothing is final yet and that ultimately means hope.
