What are the easiest things for the body to digest?
As in, what requires the least breaking down?
If your body is only willing to put, say, a 5% effort into this particular aspect of its job, what would you toss its way?
I'm going on three+ months now of mysterious problem. It makes me tired. Too tired for RAFO sometimes. I have lost a lot of weight... which might be good, but I'd rather do it in a healthier way. Veggies (cooked or raw) are one of the things that my body seems entirely unable to break down.
Any thoughts? Recipes would be good too.
