Try getting rid of wheat completely for 3 weeks, even if you tested negative for a wheat allergy. I don't mean just gluten, but wheat products in general. My aunt tested negative for wheat allergy but switched to all spelt products and her IBS improved significantly.

google honey spelt bread and it will give you a few recipes to try. I cook with spelt quite a bit. It makes nice biscuits, if not quite as fluffy.
