it may be the fiber that is giving you trouble. So give your body as much help as it can get....make puree's...things that are filled with veggies, but they are already quite broken down, pea soup, fruit smoothies, etc.
You know... that's so simple, but it's a REALLY good idea (since I think you're right about the fiber). I'm definitely going to try that. May even go pick up the $6 food processor I saw at Goodwill.
