No, I've never gone to America in M2. There never seemed to be much of a point to doing so for me, since (apparently) it took so many turns to get out there to have to start building new provinces up from jack scratch with the army I could be using to conquer mostly developed territories closer to home.

Yeah, same here. By the time you actually have the technology to go there you're usually conquering provinces at will.
LOL, I know, right?!
You want to try a competitive campaign? I seriously bought this game on the promise of multiplayer campaign alone, and have never actually played one
.
The first rule of being a ninja is "do no harm". Unless you intend to do harm, then do lots of harm.

I've been following Diablo III, but I've never heard of Torchlight.

Torchlight is a cheap, extremely undemanding (in terms of requirements), steampunk Diablo clone.

Agreed. Diablo (and Torchlight) is the very definition of a repetitive grindfest.

Yeah, the TW series is pretty weak grand strategy. Paradox does it best. *NM*

I dislike this "always-online" requirement, and I don't think I'll ever buy a game that demands it. *NM*
