When it finishes its test it'll tell you your ping. That's the ms latency to their server and a good indication of your lag for most servers. It should generally be about 40 for a good connection. Also, for online gaming, your download speed doesn't really matter but your upload speed does. If it's about 1Mb/s, you're doing just fine. At about .25, you might be seeing some issues.
