They tell you ahead of time that they require internet connection the entire time you play. No one makes you buy their game.

Don't get me wrong. I don't like it and I don't support the nonsense that is 100% internet-connection DRM.

But they aren't criminals for making a product that is upsetting to you. That's just ridiculous.

And as far as suing them goes, that's just as if not more ridiculous. It calls to mind people who sue coffee shops for having hot coffee. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING. If you don't like it, don't buy it. It really is that simple. Your life will continue without Diablo.

If you think they are criminals/should be sued just because their servers keep having problems...*shrug* they still haven't broken any laws. And suing them would still be trivial.


I was just being dramatic. But it's like selling me a car and then you charge a million dollars a gallon for gas. It just sucks and even though its in the terms, you hate them anyway and want to see them burn.
