My subsequent reply was intended to go under his comment, namely that St Justus was martyred (at age 7 or 9, IIRC) for refusing to betray the locations of fellow Christians. I said kids should be seen and not heard, and his attempted rejoinder was to refernce someone who lived up to my standard.
