If they manage to pass tax reform, Obamacare repeal (which incidentally a clear majority of Americans doesn't actually want at all) or anything else of substance, it will be more in spite of Trump than because of him. And it will bear little resemblance to most of what Trump promised it would be, since most of what he promises is complete fiction (not that he's alone in that regard - it's just most other politicians don't contradict themselves quite that often or that blatantly).
