I want to critique what you said for you deserve that and I am tipping my hat to you.)

So Dolores left with 5 Red Pearls. We speculate and say 1 of those Red Pearls is Bernard for it would make sense that Dolores just took his Red Pearl directly instead of trying to recreate his persona / simulacrum from her memories.

So she has 4 other Red Pearls and we also see a Charlotte Hale Host.

But remember Season 2 was effectively a Heist Movie and the successful Heist was not just Dolores escaping but also stealing the Valley Beyond Hosts which are now just digital data.

So Dolores has much more than 4 other Host Data. She has 1/3rd of the West World park (probably just WW and not the 5 other parks.) She currently does not have the ability to make more red pearls / control units and can only make bodies, but she has a unique resource that no one else has.

Dolores can copy this data, change this data, and create an army of people. She has a copy of the Cradle that no one else has a copy of, she has everyone's backups. No human knows the locations of these backups, Bernard does not know the locations of these backups, he did not see the coordinates.

Dolores has a unique resource that no one else has, and I forsee these people will be a major plot point maybe even a macguffin where other people maybe even Bernard will try to "save / secure" the people of the Valley Beyond.
