I was just pointing out that the cost of insurance is not attributed solely to risk factors that the customer is responsible for...

As for rebuilding where they were just destroyed...that's their decision. I'm not a big fan of someone else telling me what I can and can't do with my own money. This logically extends to someone else telling me (or a third party) that "they are too rich" or they have "more than they need". It is not up to someone else to set limits on success or to tell me what to do with my money.
