Yes we need Borders, and other bookstores. The Borders Group bookstore chain went bankrupt in 2010 and our country would be better off if we have more bookstores.

[I put my hand on the ear listening to the earpiece] Wait that is not what Donald J Trump meant? Well that is weird.

I guess we should not instantly jump to conclusions of what our leaders meant and try to use good faith to understand their language, metaphor, illusions, and so on.
