Cops said they knifed the tires for they had precogs and knifed tires would be safer.

Notice there are 5 different layers of police and state, and 3 of them (Minneapolis Police Department, Hennepin County Sheriff's Office and the National Guard) are saying we did not do it, it was the other guys (State Patrol and Anoka County deputies.)

There is a reason why the city council of Minneapolis has 9 out of the 13 members (veto proof) planning to do some restructuring of the city police department (under the "branding of Defund the Police." Even if it was different police in the area.
