Biden will read the consensus. What makes me think this will be the consensus is that calls to add more seats aren't coming from the Left or the Progressive wing of the party alone. There's some pretty broad spread in the number of people saying this would be the only way to respond to the GOPs behavior. It's why Schumer is saying it's on the table.
