For instance, my workplace requires a flu shot. And there's a place to upload the data showing proof. I imagine there will be a government app of some sort that you present showing proof. Or a piece of paper showing proof.

I know airlines will make it a condition of travel that you must show vaccination. Qantas has already stated as such. Others will too.
