You know every such dumbass idea is based on some book by some middle manager turned business/leadership coach intent on revealing a new way to "optimize" team performance.
Strangely,it never occurs to any of these doofuses to suggest just giving employees back those two hours to use however they please.
Or not so strange, since you don't need a book for that, and can't offer expensive training courses to cover how to not do useless crap and just let people be.
