Jordan would have finished if he hadn’t died. And if he did, the Last Battle, Matt, and so many other things would have been better than Sanderson’s version.
Martin writes prequels and other bullshit and has now gone a decade without a new volume in the saga that made him rich. Plus the last book sucked and the fourth wasn’t great. What he let HBO do with his story is a travesty. But their money is perfectly green.
Yeah, Jordan milked WOT. But nowhere near to the degree Martin has done.
