This is yet another example of the continued erosion of Separation of Powers. At this rate the Constitution will become an anachronism in my lifetime. If it hasn't already.

That we did not see the language of "co-equal" branches of government "become common" until about 1910s. Before then we see all this language from people like Henry Clay and John C. FRICKIN Calhoun emphasizing Congress is the supreme branch of government.
Everything is anachronistic and this okay.
How do we care for our neighbor? The strangers and non-strangers is how we will find out if we are okay or not.
