I can think of few reasons, I just doubt they apply, based on his responses thus far.



Not overlooked, just removed for brevity, if a NKer got RB'd, then odds are they're dead come night 2, not our problem. Personally I think you were likely RB'd, however, that doesn't match well with a lack of NK, because if you're a scummer, I don't think you'd have executed the NK yourself unless there were no alternatives or you had a special NK, to high a risk of being RB'd or tracked same reasoning I usually use as a DF for sitting still on the first night. I treat the commuter as a bulletproof for reference purposes, the only difference between the two is commuter is often 'every other night' and that if the mod is using them strictly canon, then the BP gets hit by the attack and survives, whereas the commuter simply isn't there, so if he is a commuter then ranagrande isn't having him evade the attacks, and it's basically just a BP by a different name.




I agree it's unlikely to be quite that literal, and that we might not have a third faction, but I don't think last night really changes the odds on it, 'something weird happened' but then something weird often happens. A great deal of this though, doesn't require that there be a third faction, it requires that the DFs went into last night thinking it was likely, as I believe they would have. I can't prove that, but unless they had some special info saying otherwise, it's the logical conclusion for them to have drawn at the time.
