we don't even know what the treasure is. it may be something that gives the votee a role or some scrap of info or even kills the votee or even possibly turns out to be something useless like an old boot or a coconut shell.

my point is that the treasure could be anything, its day one and we have little to go on, rather than umming and arring we should jump on the chance for any sort of info. especialy a game where dead men tell no tales.

i agree that we have to be careful who we give it to but being overly careful might shoot us in the foot later.
