I think it was sort of a retroactive modkill. That is, he'd been inactive for, what, 9 days? Then we started buzzing about a modkill, Scott popped in to say hi, but he had already gone way past the limit.


It just seems weird. He did fit the inactivity requirement, but he'd come back. Plus, he was close to a lynch, which basically means the Mod doesn't have to try and decide if Scott should escape punishment because he's back.
