...it's all there to be found in the discussion and subsequent voting. Difference between normal discussion with FT's plan is that we all have to name someone, instead of having some keep quiet. Even scum knows that if somebody suspects rightly (in other words: you name somebody who really is scum) is based on Day 1 activities, not any real evidence. (Unless somebody knows more than others and got extra info.)
Any added advantage is the info we get from those that try to refuse, and any named accusations from Scum that we happen to either Lynch or find out about alignment during a Night Action.

The only drawback I can think of, is that if Townie A targets real Scummer B, A might be Roleblocked by a Roleblocking scummer and/or B will be protected extra during the Night. But that happens normally, too. It only invites a little more strategic thinking on the part of all parties.



BTW, I'm back: RBIRL has been revoked, my little girl turned four and goes to school for the first time next week, and I got a bid on the house - life is good again.
