It's a double-edged sword.

On the one hand, it lets the cop tell us his investigations. That way, if/when he dies, there will be a clear, unalterable list of his results, that no one can really argue with.

On the OTHER hand, it gives the DFs an opportunity to figure out who the cop is. Really, all they have to do is look at everyone hypocopping, and figure out who is the only person who's gotten every night correct.


Of course, if your freaking cop gets killed on the FIRST NIGHT, it doesn't make much of a difference... the only reason I suggested it was because Isaac obviously has "Events" lined up- Hobo's death alone referenced two, I believe (Blaine's death gave the "Revenge" event, and if Hobo had died Blaine would have gotten some type of Event).

It's pretty unlikely that someone is the cop right now, and since F-T never got an investigation result from last night (cuz he died), then even a Deputy-type would not have anything useful to add.

Yes, at some point, we may regain the amulet if we lynch the right person (although how it would be given to someone without their identity being revealed is a mystery to me), but I don't think we have a cop right now.
