I can't stop thinking there's still more to Amy. (Crazy speculation within.)

I can't shake the feeling that grown-up Amy and child Amelia are not the same person. That something is going on.
A friend pointed out to me that the front of her house has a blue door, just like something else we know.
The Doctor comments that her house was "too big, too many empty rooms. Does it ever bother you, Amy, that your life doesn't make any sense?"
Amy's house has two stories, you can see this clearly from the outside. On the second floor is a flight of stairs leading upward to a door in the ceiling. Just to a crawlspace, or to ... something else?
Throughout the season, the Doctor has been slightly put off by the fact that no one has said the traditional entering-the-TARDIS words: "But, but, but it's bigger on the inside!" When Amy first entered, the Doctor remarked, "Well? Anything you want to say, any ... passing remarks? I've heard them all." Amy doesn't say it. When Rory first enters, it goes like this:
Doctor: It's a lot to take in, isn't it? Tiny box, huge room inside, what's that about, let me explain.
Rory: It's another dimension?
Doctor: It's basically another dimension ... what?
Rory: After Prisoner Zero I've been reading up on all the latest scientific theories.
Doctor (put off): I like the bit where everyone says it's bigger on the inside. I always look forward to that.
But nobody will say it. Not even the lady who gets in it with him in Hungry Earth. And here we have a house that may be bigger on the inside, with a blue door ...
Is Amy's house a TARDIS? A TARDIS under construction? Is it hiding a time machine on the third floor a la The Lodger? Is Amy's house going to be the perception filter reveal? Could Amy's house be what explodes and causes the cracks, not the TARDIS? Or at least, not the Doctor's TARDIS?
Amy's aunt is never around. If she exists, why is she never around? Could Amy's aunt be a time traveler, who leaves and reappears at any time? If there is no aunt, could little Amelia Pond have been a time traveler?
Now here's the part that really proves I'm a nutter. Could Amy's aunt be ... River Song? Could Amy's aunt be ... grown up Amy? Could Amy's aunt be ... the Doctor using a perception filter? Okay, that last one is weird.
This is all just wild speculation. But dammit, I can't stop thinking there is more to be revealed about Amelia Pond.
Plus. Plus. This is not the first time the TARDIS has been hijacked. It happened in The Hungry Earth. The Doctor assumed it was the Silurians pulling it into the earth, but there were no guards or anything waiting when they got there, and they had to walk quite a ways to find any (and were only found after a scanner detected them). What if the same force that took control of the TARDIS in this episode caused it to go down and land beside the exact spot where a crack would soon appear?
There was a TARDIS sound that made little Amelia look up near the end of The Eleventh Hour. Was that our Doctor come back from the future? Was that the Jacket Doctor? Did he hop through the crack in the Silurian place, borrow the TARDIS, and do a little running around before bringing it back and dodging off through his crack again? Was that Amy's aunt returning in something that makes a TARDIS noise?
The problem with a lot of these speculations, of course, is that Amy would recall some of this weird stuff, unless Amy isn't the same person as Amelia somehow, or unless something was affecting her perception and/or memory.
