ended right where I expected Jim Send a noteboard - 19/04/2011 02:52:05 AM
Though I thought the delivery of "The things I do for love." felt a little flat, that may have just been the anticipation for it. The only other complaint I have was with the prologue part, two really, one, what happened to the pieces of the wildings that Wil saw in the beginning? It made a lot more sense in the books when they just appeared to be sleeping, though not moving. And, two, as others have mentioned, how can you have white walkers that aren't white?

On to the good, pretty much everything else. The actors seem very well suited for the roles, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau in particular seems to get the perfect amount of arrogance for Jaime. Even the kids seem good, can't wait to see Arya's "dancing lessons."
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
