Is it me or is the godswood where catelyn met ned after the execute appears like it is outside the castle walls, due to the size of the woods.


I took it to be a special place inside the walls, maybe a place of solace only for the Starks? Like their own little secret garden or something.

...so I think it's definitely supposed to be inside the walls of Winterfell.
