I'm sure somehow Jon will be released from his Night's Watch oath, for the good of the realm or such. Or maybe even a "breaking" or disbandment of the Night's Watch after all is said and done will happen.

It will be Jon, Dany and Bran riding the three dragons in the end. Dany representing Fire, Bran representing Ice and Jon being the blend of the two (being both Targaryen and Stark by blood). Tyrion will be instrumental in getting these three together in an alliance (probably even a marriage between Jon and Dany).
