We claim the same thing. I never read that anywhere else. Is your 'evidence' the same as mine?
Mostly. I believe there's another scene where it's implied but I can't remember off the top of my head.
A lot of it though is just the Littlefinger scenes that reveal just how much he had to do with other stuff that happened. Essentially, DrJac's rule.
Though I suppose I forgot to mention that Slynt also seems to have been expecting the command. And seen as Tyrion believes Slynt to be Littlefinger's... Still no direct evidence.
Do you also believe ser Mandon Moore acted on Littlefinger's orders when he attempted to kill Tyrion? Also not a very strong connection, but it seems to me Littlefinger would want Tyrion dead as well, and when Tyrion has Bronn inquire about ser Mandon, all he finds out was that he came from the Vale with Jon Arryn. As did Littlefinger. It just seems more Littlefingerish than Cerseilike.

Never really thought about it, but it makes sense given his later actions involving Tyrion.

It was a very subtle hint that Littlefinger having helped Joff along this line of thinking.
