Min had a vision of Perrin and (a) wolves, (b) a broken crown, and (c) trees growing all around him. That last might've referred to him meeting the Green Man, but I always thought it meant he'd find the Song. Perrin has always been more involved with the Tinkers than Rand has. I don't even know if we've seen Rand meet any Tinkers (formally).
