But men like Rhuarc, Tam, Bashere are all much more accomplished men than Rand.
Rand has already accomplished more in his life than most men have accomplished in dozens of lives. Rand and his ta'veren effect have accomplished far more than regular men like Bashere and Tam could ever dream of accomplishing.
If you are talking about emotional maturity, then it is obvious that those men are more mature.
If Rand were to die now, his greatest accomplishement would remain his epiphany on DM, destroying the CK and turning himself around, all on his own. The Cleansing of saidin was a team effort.
His courage, not really his skills (his performance as leader of a mixed gender circle was probably pathetic, by AOL standards... except I'm guessing that letting a man with zero experience of linking handle the CK would have been anathema, and if he was the only one available, they'd probably have dithered and end up missing the opportunity)
I would have to disagree here. Rand was relying on the memories of Lews Therin to accomplish many of his feats, so there is no way that his mixed gender circle would have been considered 'pathetic by AOL standards.'
It is not relevant that Rand's greatest accomplishment was a team effort. Rand is a general, so his greatest efforts should be team accomplishments.
Rand's other individaul major contributions such as saving the Horn of Valere, saving Cairhien, and offing several Forsaken.
Moiraine is already considered a legend among Aes Sedai for killing 2 Forsaken, but Rand has killed far more Forsaken than she has.
Rand is already the greatest man of his age, and he has barely even started with his emotional maturity and what he is actually supposed to achieve.
The rest of your post was great.
