Do Semirhage & Bel'al actually mean those things or are they other nicknames?

I mean, is one of them the equivalent of "Lord of the Morning" or "Prince of the Dawn"? We know that Bel'al was CALLED "the envious" but he was also called "the Netweaver" which we learn in the same conversation. Does it actually SAY her name means "Lady of Pain" or is that just another name given to her? How do we know that, like "the Dragon" they aren't named after legendary creatures whose names would have certain conotations to AoLers but the translations would be meaningless to us? For instance, if we called a legendary terrorist "the Ghoul" or "Chainsaw" which people three thousand years after an apocalyptic event might have difficulty translating to keep the same meaning. Moghedian is generally referred to as "the spider" but she is named after a specific breed of spider that seems to be extinct in the modern era, or at least in the wetlands, so a direct translation would be useless.
