It doesn't make much sense that the other 5 "were truly more impressive" than Lanfear, if she is among the Top 6.
Personally, I definitely think that RJ also ranked those 6 at least a bit, namely that the first mentioned Ishy was the foremost of all Forsaken, followed by Demandred, and that the greatest female Forsaken was Lanfear.

The point I'm making is that Lanfear was unimpressive as a villain or character. I'm sure RJ meant for her to be seen as pretty much equal to all the top 6... I just think he wound up making her more of a joke.
Seriously everything she did screamed "Spoiled Brat" ... with the others there was just more depth.
