I'm sure that Shai'tan cares about winning the Last Battle before any other concern.

He does? How do you know? How do you know that Moridin isn't right, and that the DO is patient, and won't mind losing this time?

If I was him, I'd place competence above dedication. Does he really need to trust Demandred? All he needs to do is aim him and tell him to defeat the Light. If Demandred's only goal is to defeat Rand, then all the better... the Light is effectively decapitated without the key to their success.

But every thing we know about the DO's endgame shows that Rand, a Rand emotionally defeated, but still Rand, is critical to success. The DO (and through him Moridin) have worked to keep Rand alive, and
not because they care for him.
Demandred is just never going to accept that. Should he learn that LTT is critical for the Shadow's success, he's only going to become more jealous, and make it even tougher for the Shadow to succeed. After all, it isn't a simple matter of defeating the Light's armies and killing Rand. That's been established pretty well.

Demandred can't be trusted, but all the Forsaken are hideously immoral beings. However, I'd still use Semirhage for Healing, and Demandred for War.

It isn't Demandred's morality that is an issue. I don't know why you'd bring it up here.
