She is Chosen, off the top of my head I don't recall anything about the True Power being Male only. Similar to the idea of using Saidar to wrap the hands in air/spirit to block actual touching, what if she did this using the true power with the DO's permission? It wouldn't be detectable by any of the sisters in the tower just other Chosen and Rand who recognize the signs.
