Unless they have another confrontation afterward in which Rand knows her anger, Egwene is supposed to have a Seanchan woman in her retinue during their encounter, at least if memory serves. I'm not sure who this woman would be if the meeting took place in Chapter 1, which leads me to think that it won't happen until the end, if it does happen at all in ToM.
Rand knowing Egwene's anger is a Foretelling of Elaida's. There is, obviously, no mention of a Senachan woman there.
Egwene later has a dream of confronting Rand with Elayne, Nynaeve, a Senachan woman, etc., with her. The two are unconnected, and needn't happen together at all.
