Egwene will confront Rand at some point with a Seanchan woman in her group. We know that she's set to confront him at the start of AMoL, so it seems plausible that either Tuon or Ageannen will find her way there, unless the dream refers to yet another confrontation (which strikes me as unlikely at this stage).
So all the rulers of Randland are going to be in one place (I guess this has spoilers)
