It's kind of terribly obvious the Aiel are meant to claim their heritage and re adopt the Way of the Leaf and thus become a threat to no one anymore.
Not too far a stretch from gai'shain to da'shain, conceptually. Surely that will have some kind of connection, since gai'shain is seen as an honorable part of ji e toh.
A part of it, and perhaps a small part of it at that (the Guide implied as much), is that in the short term the Aiel are the ones who can continue Rand's efforts to feed the world after the ravages of the LB.
Somebody finds the song, the tinkers and Aiel reunite and the Ogier stick around and they all sing the land.
