Regarding Egwene lifting three sisters and shielding one of them:

We have already established that Egwene is stronger than Amys and Melaine combined in FoH.

Lifting 3 sisters is equal to what Siuan could achieve before she was stilled. Siuan was equal to Moiraine in strength when she was capable of this feat.

So it requires strength equal to Moiraine's full potential to lift three women.

To shield one more sister - I cannot recall who she was, but let's assume she's of average strength - would easily be achievable for someone who is about 80% stronger than Moraine. (Which is where I place Egwene at about 1.8 times Moiraine's strength, based on the Amys+Melaine quote).
