If Nynaeve and Rand were to duke it out now, Rand would only win because of his superior experience and skill due to LTT. I really doubt Nynaeve isn't full strength now, and I highly doubt that a woman almost certainly stronger than Semirhage would not be close to Rand's effective strength. I'd say Nynaeve matches Sammael at the very least.
