Theoretically they only get killed off in odd numbered books, right?

I personally believe that Graendal is finally putting herself in a risky position in which she could be killed. A'rangar's head is probably also on the chopping block.
I think Semirhage could also end up getting killed in this book-- though I don't know what kind of scenario she would be killed in.
Any other votes here? Demandred, Moridin, Taim, Moghedien, Lanfear? Which Forsaken, or combination of Forsaken do you think will most likely die? Or will no Forsaken die?

I really hope it's not Graendal. She's one of my favorite Forsaken, so I'd love to see her killed off last, but looking at the prologue I agree she's winding up in a precarious position. I hope Semirhage is one of the ones to go down...I'd love to see someone (read Nynaeve) just do what needs to be done regardless of Rand's aversion to harming women.
Messana and Moghedien have outlived their usefulness as far as I'm concerned, and Cyndane didn't live up to what I thought she'd be as a reincarnated Lanfear. I thought she'd come back and do...something, so I wouldn't mind seeing her gone as well.
With absolutely no evidence to support my position, I think Graendal, Demandred and Moridin will be left for last. They just feel likely to me. Perhaps that means there is evidence buried somewhere in my subconscious?

That would be a great twist--- Elza could end up saving Rand from his own ability to kill a woman
