I think we should start seeing deaths among female forsaken, so...

Arangar is the most likely one (well, not strictly female). She blew her cover so her usefulness is at end, and her matching set (Osangar) was already killed, so now is her turn...

Graendal is not too likely - as the top psychologist, we need to get her input on Rand's mental condition, and I doubt this issue can get resolved in this book. It's possible she will go after Min, given her task to is to hurt Rand's heart. She can't know how dangerous to Rand hurting Min will be, since she can't know about the bond, or that it goes the "wrong" way.

My hunch is Cyndane will stage another confrontation with Rand over Aviendha, seeing as they are about to meet. Outcome unclear, but she is named "Last chance" for a reason.

Moghedien is another possibility - probably facing Nynaeve again.
