Agreed that it's an odd blurb darius_sedai Send a noteboard - 21/05/2012 11:45:03 PM

Easy enough for Egwene to accept rational Rand as sane, but just as easy for her to be hyper sensitive to any irrational behavior as a huge back slide into certain insanity. The blurb is out of context so it's impossible to say what Egwene experiences between then and now or if the PV character is simply making assumptions etc...

Maybe this has to do with Rand using his "reputation for irrationality" to terrorize the rulers into accepting his terms. Which would fit, but seems weird coming at this point in his character development.


Hopefully it will become clear in a good way and not be another glaring example of a mishandled plot line
